Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is from Belarus and was born in Minsk. Her father Sergey (d. 2019.) was an professional ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka, born on May 5, 1998, in Minsk Belarus. Aryna Sabalenka holds twelve WTA Singles titles, one of which was the 'Grand Slam' at the Australian Open 2023. When it comes to doubles, she's an excellent player. She's taken home two Majors in the past with Elisemertens including the US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. Also, she achieved her Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning in the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open with Elise Mertens. Just four couples managed to achieve this feat in women's doubles. In the month of January, 2023, she attained her highest rating in singles. On 23rd August 2021, she rose to second place in the list of rankings. She rose up the doubles ranking in the next year after taking the title the doubles title in Melbourne. She became the only Belarusian tennis player to succeed in her field. The coach she was working with was former Russian tennis player Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the conclusion of the season of 2019 and also in the first quarter of 2020. She also briefly teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann between August and September 2020. Antonio Dubrov, her fellow countryman, has been coaching her from the year 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
